The volunteer/email List form collects information (name, address, email, phone, etc.) that the campaign may use to contact you or send you information about the campaign.

The contribute form collects information required by federal law and Commonwealth of Massachusetts law to satisfy compliance (name, address, employer, occupation, etc.) and may be used to contact you to verify the viability of your contribution. The contribute form also collects (through an SSL gateway) the information required to process your credit card.

The Mihos campaign web site contains links to other web sites. Please review the privacy policies of these sites before submitting any information as they may have different policies for which the Mihos campaign is not responsible. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this web site.

Unsubscribe
